Confirmation

We offer a one year program for sophomores with the Sacrament of Confirmation usually being conferred during the spring.  To enroll in classes for the Sacrament of Confirmation, please contact the Faith Formation Coordinator, Brooke Kerns, at 563-210-4509 or the Parish Office at 563-928-7200.

All candidates for Confirmation are required to have one, confirmed, Catholic, adult sponsor them through the process.  Each sponsor must have this form completed to verify he/she is a Catholic in good standing with the Roman Catholic Church.
